This post REALLY landed with me. The skipping breakfast, diagnosing myself, ignoring rest, forcing intense workouts. Our bodies know sometimes before our mind that something is wrong you are 1000% right. Beautifully written and said
Great list. Number 3 is big for me. I'm still working on this. We (I presume many millions or even billions) have subjugated themselves to perform for others, and this is a deeply self-loathing behavior. It's physical abuse of the self, or it can be. It's sort of like the body version of perfectionism, whereas perfectionism is the narcissistic psychological self-abuse that we indulge in.
Speaking of indulging, #5 is something I've changed my mind about. Cal Newport writes about managing distraction rather than focus and allowing yourself a break (scheduling it). Ramit Sethi brags about checking news and social media first thing in the morning, which is fine, if you have good boundaries with yourself. So I've been keeping apps on my phone during the week more and more, and allowing myself time to indulge during the workday. Sometimes it doesn't work, and that's okay too.

Ignoring the signs that my body needs rest always gets me in the end.
