I have so many weird little neurological problems, and I've begun to suspect inflammation as a least part of the cause (especially since the doctors have no better ideas). I will try to use this column to get myself inspired and taking it seriously!

Patricia, I'm so glad this resonated with you! The gut can really be a trigger to a waterfall of other issues, so yes I encourage you to use this as a starting point... I'll be posting most on anti-inflammatory eating and the science behind it soon, so stay tuned!

Sometimes spirulina and avocado, frozen spinach, berries, protein powder or collagen, or peanut butter, oat milk or yogurt, chia, flex seeds and hemp seeds, cinnamon, and lots of ice…a masterpiece
