looks yummy. how was it? not sure I love the idea of kimchee, but that looks like it would be great with a nice little sauce. but maybe that defeats the purpose. certainly looks healthy
All sounds good. I don’t love kimchi but I like a spicy sauce. I’ll check out those sauces. Tim Ferris’s talks about salsa in the 4-hour body because it can make the most plans meal taste better.
The glaze sounds yummy. We’ve been having avocado toast for dinner the last two nights. I wanted fish tacos. She said, no, let’s have toast again. Fresh sweet tomatoes from the garden, olive oil, salt, pepper, balsamic (the drippy gooey kind), and it was sooo good. Sourdough from down the street fried in butter. Two kinds of salt….mostly local and all organic

kimchi is tough to stomach until you get used to it! worth it though - it's one of the best foods for reduced inflammation and gut health.
in terms of sauce, i just did a bit of balsamic glaze. but primal kitchen has great, clean salad dressings - i love their ranch and vinaigrettes.
